We at Dion Michaels want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back return-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you receive the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fee.
If an item is returned due to defect, if Dion Michaels was in error, or if fulfilling a request for exchange/replacement, Dion Michaels will refund the shipping and handling.
We do not accept any returned bottles, grooming creams or skin balms in exchange for a refund.
If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact our support team at support @dionmichaels.com within 1-2 full business before your next shipment is scheduled to process.
Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our formulation queue) it cannot be cancelled. To get an order alert before a shipment processes, opt into our pre-shipment alerts via your account settings.
