Refund Policy


We at Dion Michaels want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back return-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you receive the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fee. 

If an item is returned due to defect, if Dion Michaels was in error, or if fulfilling a request for exchange/replacement, Dion Michaels will refund the shipping and handling.

We do not accept any returned bottles, grooming creams or skin balms in exchange for a refund.

If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact our support team at support @dionmichaels.com within 1-2 full business before your next shipment is scheduled to process.  

Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our formulation queue) it cannot be cancelled. To get an order alert before a shipment processes, opt into our pre-shipment alerts via your account settings

Your next shipping date is always available on your Shipping Page.

Purchases from Dion Michaels are subject to our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Dion Michaels website.
